Durable residential, commercial and industrial epoxy flooring and waterproofing that transforms concrete into a floor you actually want to look at. Ground back, prepped, coated, sealed — and walked with you before we leave.
Almost every failed floor we are called to look at failed for one of three reasons. None of them are bad luck — all three are skipped to make a quote look cheaper.
The coating was rolled straight onto a sealed slab, or “prepped” with acid. Concrete has to be mechanically ground for a coating to key into it. Anything less is paint.
Slabs without an intact vapour barrier push moisture upward. Seal that in and the pressure lifts the coating off in sheets — often inside a year.
The cheapest quote wins by cutting layers. It looks identical on day one. It does not look identical on day two hundred.
Same sequence on every job, residential or commercial. Preparation is the step that decides whether a floor lasts a decade or a summer, so it is the one we never shorten.
The slab is mechanically ground back to sound, open concrete. That is what a coating keys into — without it you are painting, not coating.
Cracks, pitting and joints are cut out and filled so they don't telegraph through the finish, and the prepared slab is primed.
Pigmented base coat, then the decorative flake broadcast across it for colour, depth and grip. Your blend, chosen before we arrive.
Clear topcoat over the flake, edges cut in, site cleaned down. Then we walk it with you before we leave.
Most residential projects take 2–3 days including preparation and curing. Larger or damaged slabs and commercial floors take longer — you get the timeline for your job at quote stage, not on the day.

Epoxy flooring is a durable, seamless, easy-to-clean surface made by applying epoxy resin over prepared concrete. It is highly resistant to chemicals, stains and wear.
Garages, warehouses, workshops, showrooms, kitchens, schools, community spaces and residential living areas — anywhere with a sound concrete slab.
With proper installation and care, epoxy flooring can last 10–15 years or more, depending on foot traffic and usage.
Standard epoxy can be slippery when wet, so we add anti-slip finishes to make it safe for homes, garages and commercial areas. A flake system already has texture from the broadcast.
