H2O Spot Pty Ltd is a flooring and waterproofing contractor based in Deer Park, Victoria, operating across Melbourne, Geelong and Ballarat. You can reach us at info@h2ospot.com.au or on 0484 320 936.
When you submit a quote request we collect the details you put in the form: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, information about the floor, and any photograph you choose to attach. We collect this only to prepare and discuss a quote for you.
Our web host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and performance purposes.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to the enquiry you made without asking you first.
Only where it is necessary to do the job or required by law — for example a supplier or subcontractor working on your project. Form submissions are transmitted through our form provider and delivered to our business email address.
We may photograph completed work. If we want to publish photographs of your property on this website or on social media, we will ask you first, and we will not publish your name or address alongside them without your consent.
Enquiries and job records are kept for as long as we need them for the job and for our record-keeping and tax obligations, and then deleted. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@h2ospot.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time.
